CF Metal Manufacturing (Shenzhen) Limited is a Hong Kong based company, established in Shenzhen with more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing standard mold bases, custom-made big mold bases, and mold components, and trading high quality tool steel. Our maximum product dimensions are 3000 x 2000 x 1600mm.

Our machinery includes high precision CNC milling machines with brands of Toshiba, Kuraki, Hamai, Doosan, and Hyundai-Kia. Also we have CNC deep hole drilling machines and double column milling machines. Besides providing customers with a full range of mold bases, we distribute 2 famous brands of tool steel which are Austrian "Bohler" and German "Groditz. Our products of tool steel include plastic mould steel, hot work tool steel, cold work tool steel, high speed tool steel and powder metallurgy steel. In addition, our cutting workshop are well equipped with "Kasto" large vertical band saw machines for cutting huge steel blocks, and our maximum cutting height is 1,580mm and width is up to 1,600mm. We have a pool of well-trained workforce which is always ready to provide all kinds of technical support to both our customers and our factories' machining workers.
